Rocky Mountain Motorcycle Holidays prides itself in the fact that we are an exclusive company that keeps our tour groups small.

We don't simply add bodies to your holiday because there is a demand!

Unfortunately, availability can be a problem.

Make sure we have what you want by using the following form. We will check our bookings and get back to you as soon as possible. We welcome any questions or comments you may have.

This is not a booking form, it is for checking the availability of your requests.

Please do not forget to input your email address, because without it we cannot respond to your request.

Please NOTE: the 2nd & 3rd bike of choice form is designed to protect our guests from unforseen circumstances with our motorcycles. (accidents, breakdowns etc.) Selecting the same bike for all 3 options does not help us meet your needs in ensuring you recieve a bike that you're happy with, in extreme cases. Please DO NOT submit a request for the same motorcycle in all 3 fields.

We do our absolute best to have your first motorcycle choice available for you, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the model you will be riding to your 2nd or 3rd selection.

Requirements and Procedures

Mountain riding can present many different riding conditions. This is not a holiday for novice riders or a venue to learn how to properly operate a motorcycle! It is important that guests considering one of our motorcycle holidays are in reasonable physical condition and are accustomed to spending several hours in the seat of a motorcycle. We take the safety of our guests very seriously! Be prepared for temperatures between 10 and 35 degrees Celsius. We recommend that both riders and passengers bring good warm clothing and rain gear. Rocky Mountain Motorcycle Holidays has some riding equipment available, let us know in advance and we will make the necessary arrangements. If you have any questions or concerns, just ask!

It is important that guests considering one of our motorcycle holidays are in reasonable physical condition and are accustomed to spending several hours in the seat of a motorcycle. If you have any questions or concerns, just ask!

Due to the nature of the sport of motorcycling, Rocky Mountain Motorcycle Holidays takes the following requirements very seriously:

• All riders must have a valid motorcycle drivers license.
• A minimum of two years & 10,000km riding experience is required.
• Both riders and passengers must wear a DOT, Snell, or ECE approved helmet and protective eyewear at all times on the motorcycle.
• Riding gloves and proper footwear are required.
• All riders must be at least 25 years old.
• The use of drugs or alcohol are strictly forbidden while riding.
• All riders must be comfortable riding in a variety of conditions including rain, twisty mountain roads, switch backs and the possibility of gravel or debris on the pavement.
• All riders must be comfortable operating a large displacement modern motorcycle.
• Riders with passengers must have prior experience riding in the above mentioned conditions riding with a passenger aboard.
• All riders must consistently ride within their own skill and comfort levels.

Booking

All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars. All Canadian tours are subject to a 5% GST.

A reservation is made in your name once we receive a completed Guest Registration Form and the appropriate deposit. Please be sure to let us know about any special dietary requirements. Payment in Full is required 60 days before the start of the Holiday. All guests will have to sign a Liability Waiver before taking the holiday.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be followed up in writing either by fax or mail or . Cancellations received more than 60 days before departure will be refunded less a $200.00 per person cancellation fee.

Between 30 and 60 days before departure, holiday cost will be refunded less the deposit. Holidays canceled less than 30 days before departure are not refundable. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

We are enthusiasts, who like you, believe there is no better way to immerse yourself in the local scenery and culture than from seat of a motorcycle.

We know Western Canada extremely well and are therefore well qualified to answer your questions. Please do not hesitate to ask us anything on your mind. It is one of the keys to making your holiday a profound success.

*Our motorcycles are fully insured with a $3000.00 deductible.
