Trip Overview

A brand new concept for 2009, RMMH will run 2 consecutive one-way holidays from Vancouver to Calgary and back taking in all best the Rockies have to offer in as little time as possible. Guests should be aware that this particular tour will begin in Calgary, Alberta and end in Vancouver, B.C.

Our 9-day Western Canada in a Week - Eastbound holiday combines the Coast Mountains, the arid interior, the majestic Canadian Rockies, world famous Lake Louise (the most photographed lake on the planet) and breathtaking Moraine Lake into an amazing ride with a huge diversity of scenery. This holiday features a nice relaxed pace, including off-days in both Jasper & Banff, which allows for plenty of scenic stopovers and memorable destinations.

 

What to Expect

Due to the popularity of the one-way Eastbound holiday, this tour will run the exact same route in reverse (heading Westbound) as we ride from the Rockies back to the Pacific Coast. Guests should be aware that this particular tour will begin in Calgary, Alberta and end in Vancouver, B.C.

• First night in Calgary, Alberta
• Kananaskis Country and Longview
• A day off in Banff to enjoy shopping, sightseeing and nightlife
• Lake Louise, Yoho National Park and Kicking Horse Pass
• Athabasca Falls, the Columbia Icefields
• A day off in Jasper to explore Miette Hot Springs and Maligne Lake
• The Thompson River Valley and Mount Robson Peak
• The Duffey Lake Road, Lillooet and Kamloops
• Final night in Whistler

Calgary to Banff

Day off in Banff

Jasper to Sun Peaks, BC

Day 8
Sun Peaks to Whistler via the Duffey Lake Road

Our tours feature; all up-scale accommodation, gourmet meals, motorcycle rental & insurance, chase vehicle for luggage / passengers / spare motorcycles, guide service, maps, fees for parks / ferries / activities, and transfers to/from Whistler, B.C.

• Motorcycle rental and insurance, bikes are washed & maintained routinely, guests are welcome to trade bikes around.
