After arriving in Vancouver you'll spend your first night just outside the city centre. The next morning we set-off to tackle the Coastal Mountain Range and the Thompson/Okanagan Valley region before finishing in the world class resort town of Whistler, B.C. The landscape and scenery will range from mountainous alpine terrain to arid desert climate in just 5 amazing days of riding! We average over 375 km per day and in short time are able to see much of what makes British Columbia so special.

You requested a trip that tours Vancouver Island and we responded! Introduced in 2007 the Pacific Rim Adventure is quickly becoming one of the most popular motorcycle tours in our line-up. It features the spectacular ocean vistas and quiet coastal by-ways of beautiful British Columbia.
The Pacific Rim Adventure weaves up the Sunshine Coast, explores the best of Vancouver Island and the world-renowned scenery of Tofino and captures the essence of Victoria. Three incredibly beautiful ferry rides punctuate a collection of remarkable sights unmatched anywhere in the world.

A new format for the Coast to Kootenays tour provides a little taste of everything beautiful B.C. has to offer. Beginning from the world class ski resort village of Whistler you'll ride over the Coastal Mountain Range and kiss the Rockies before swinging south for 2 nights to the motorcycle mecca of Western Canada, Nelson, B.C.
Located in the heart of the Kootenay region, Nelson easily delivers the most entertaining off-day ride you can find in this province. We'll cap off your trip with a visit to the Okanagan Valley for some well deserved rest and relaxation. The town of Osoyoos always delivers warm temperatures, great food, wine and plenty of new roads to explore. Of course if you don't feel like riding you can just relax by the pool all day or sample some of B.C.'s local wines with a tour of the vineyards.

Look for the Ultimate of the West tour in 2010. Several summers ago we ran a custom trip through the US Rockies. When we rode through Glacier Park, Montana, we absolutely fell in love with the place. Thus the Ultimate of the West was born. The ride over Logan Pass is one of the most spectacular rides in the world.
As a follow-up we did some more exploring in the area and found some wonderful twisties linking Whitefish, Montana, with Nelson, British Columbia, one of our favourite towns north of the 49th parallel. We threw it all together and call it the Ultimate of the West.

Introduced for the 2009 season the Old Faithful tour features Yellowstone National Park. Experience the pure, raw natural beauty touring the sites of this National treasure. This holiday also includes portions of British Columbia's Okanagan and Kootenay Valley region. Join us as we journey from the snow-capped Coastal Mountain range, through Washington's lake & wine region, into cowboy and cattle country all en route to Yellowstone National Park and "Old Faithful".

NEW for 2010 the Alaskan Adventure holiday has been a long time in the making for RMMH. Based on the positive responses and feedback we've had regarding the idea over the years, it was only a matter of time before we put together a once in a lifetime experience of riding through Alaska. We'll start in Anchorage, AK and work our way southeast towards the Yukon Territory, then across B.C. and down the Pacific Coastline through the inside passage to Vancouver Island, finally returning to Vancouver.
For those accustomed to the usual pampering and luxury service provided by RMMH, this trip will cater more towards individuals with a spirit for adventure because of the remote surroundings and terrain. We like to call it 'rustic' as Northern B.C. and Alaska are both raw and sparsely populated. A true 'into the wild' adventure!
Guests should be aware that this particular tour will begin in Anchorage, Alaska and end in Vancouver, B.C. Because of the one-way nature of the tour, Harley Davidson bikes are unfortunately not available for this particular holiday.Longer Trip

Offering the best of both the Canadian and American west coast, the Coast to California holiday starts in Vancouver, travels to the BC interior and follows the Okanagan Valley south over the international border to the Columbia Gorge. We visit Mount St. Helens and head west to the Pacific Ocean before turning south along the Oregon Coastline to California.
Once in California, we ride Northern California's “Forgotten Coast,” followed by a stop in Mendocino on the way to finish the ride in Sonoma wine country. This 15-day, one-way holiday presents without a doubt the most diverse scenery of any Rocky Mountain holiday and offers the best of both the Canadian and American West Coast.
Guests should be aware that this particular tour will begin in Vancouver, B.C. and end in San Francisco, CA. Because of the one-way nature of the tour, Harley Davidson bikes are unfortunately not available for this particular holiday.

The California Sea to Sky holiday not only travels the best of the shoreline, but adds little known routes like Highway #49 and combines the “must do's” of Yosemite and Sonoma to offer a truly comprehensive California motorcycle vacation.
In 2007 we added an extra day on to the California Sea to Sky holiday. The trip now offers nine days of riding, allowing us to ride more of the spectacular California coastline, visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium, overnight in Carmel and a tour of Hearst Castle.

Then we'll travel through the dessert taking in Death Valley, the Grand Canyon & Route 66 only to finish in America's playground for the affluent, the bright lights of Las Vegas. Don't forget your camera and plenty of extra film or memory cards for this one!
Highlights include: San Francisco, Sierra Nevada Mountains, Route 66 & the Extraterrestrial Highway, Death Valley, The Grand Canyon, Brice Canyon, Zion, Moab, and of course Las Vegas itself!.
Besides the natural surroundings and challenging routes, one of the things that sets Rocky Mountain Motorcycle Holidays apart from other motorcycle tour companies is how we take care of our guests.

“Hard to know where to begin with the praise. The RMMH staff could not do enough for you, nothing was too small for them to deal with promptly in a friendly and profesional manner all we had to do was get on the bikes and enjoy ourselves, what more can you ask. A pleasure to meet and make friends with everybody.”
